Payment method: Paypal
To commission me, you must be at least 18 years old. If the legal age in your country is over 18, you must be at least that age.
Payment will always be taken upfront.
Please do not send the payment yourself; wait for me to send you an invoice.
I hold the right to delay or cancel a commission if payment has not been made within two days since an invoice was sent.
Important: I won’t accept payments from third parties, only from the requester.

After payment has been made, an initial sketch will be sent in approximately 7 days (if any delays happen on my side, I’ll notify).
Significant edits/revisions can and will only be done in the initial sketch stage. After I begin coloring, I’ll only accept very small changes.
An extra fee might be needed if there is a large amount of revisions required, so please make sure you describe what you want as best as possible when requesting a change.
The commission will be completed in approximately 2 weeks (plus extra time spent with additional changes if they happen).
Upon completion, I will send you a high-resolution PNG file (please make sure you have a backup, as I cannot guarantee that I’ll have a copy in the future).

I retain full rights to my work – the commissions I make are for personal, non-commercial use unless stated otherwise and discussed with me before commissioning me.
Do not redistribute or resell my art unless I gave you explicit permission to do so. You may print your commission for your own personal use if you’d like.
Feel free to showcase your piece on social media and use it as an icon/banner, etc., as long as you give me proper credit.
You aren’t allowed to let other artists work over refunded artwork, but you can ask for a lineart or a sketch commission and let someone else with a coloring style that you may prefer finish up the artwork (keeping the signature or watermark).

You may ask for a full refund if I haven’t started working on your commission yet.
You may cancel a commission at any time, but if I did start working on it, you will get a partial refund according to the amount of work already done. You will receive a high-resolution PNG of the art in its current state.
In case I have to cancel your commission for personal reasons or due to another reason on my side, I’ll provide a full refund of the amount paid.
Commissions of the kind “YCH” (Your Character Here) are non-refundable in case I started working on it already.

I may cancel your commission anytime if there is any inappropriate situation that makes me uncomfortable (flirting, insisting on roleplay, personal questions about my private life, rude conversations with verbal aggressions).
I work mainly from 4 PM to 10 PM GMT-3 (Brasilia Time) on weekdays. If you contact me outside this time, I’ll be replying the next time I’m available.
Any issues with my work schedule will be notified to my commissioners, so, no worries.

Use of other characters without proper authorization (NSFW or not), even if it’s clear that you’re some kind of couple/friends, I require authorization from third parties to proceed.
